Digital Marketing Specialist

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and basic web analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and content networks.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and drive results.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling, brand-aligned digital assets.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance and generate insights.
- Manage PPC (pay-per-click) advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, and keyword optimization.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
